The biggest reason to use social media is to validate your brand online.
With a good social media presence, consumers see and realize that you are actively searching for and desiring to communicate with them about you products and services.
By building relationships and communicating with your customers, you can increase your brands visibility and customer loyalty.
If your website is 3 or more years old, you may want to consider upgrading.
With over 60% of searches being done on mobile devices, if your website wasn't created to be Mobile-First, you may be loosing customers.
Does your site load in under 3 seconds. Is your website listed on the first page of the search results? Does your site look modern, or like something from 1995?
Call us and we'll discuss your existing website and options available to upgrade your site to be Mobile-First.
Pricing isn't an easy issue to cover. For example, if I said Social Media Managment was $497 a month, and that covered 7 different social media platforms, but, you only have Facebook and Twitter, would it be fair to charge you that amount? Of course not. Although many companies DO charge that for just Facebook only.
The same rationale goes for website design, eCommerce, and any other service we provide.
Every customer's needs are different, and therefore, we prefer to speak one on one with each of our customers to ensure they are getting the best pricing available, and, as we stated on our homepage,
we specialize in getting local businesses the best return on investment (ROI) possible.
Call us today and find out how we can help, and save you money at the same time.
You initial payment depends on the service that you are purchasing.
We normally have a small set up fee and an upfront fee for the 1st month of service for Social Media. Some services require a minimum 3-6 month commitment, to ensure you get the best return on your investment.
Our goal is no different than any other local service provider. We have to be profitable, yet, we pride ourselves on working within our customers budget parameters.
You'll find our services are among the best online, and our pricing is extremely affordable.
Call us for a quote and more information on specific services you may be interested in. You'll be glad you did.
Content: we accept Word, Text, and HTML files.
Graphics: .jpg, png, and PSD files (Pretty much any HD resolution)

Turnaround time depends again on the service or services you wish us to provide you.
Some services can be up and running the same day, or at the latest, in 24-48 hours.
Website services obviously take longer, and turn around time really amounts to how many pages, how much text, how many graphics and videos you want on your website pages.
Give us a call, or book an appointment, and we can give you a better idea of how long it will take to get you started.
Thanks for you interest in Small Business Specialists and our services.
Basically, it's a fairly simple difference: Native Apps get downloaded to a mobile device through an app store (like the Apple App Store or Google Play), whereas a Web App or PWA is accessed through the web browser (usually Safari or Chrome on mobile devices) by typing in a URL, or via a bookmark, shortcut, or QR Code.
Simply put, Yes, PWAs are secure because they follow HTTPS protocols just like any other website or web application.
In addition, since they are accessed through web browsers, PWAs benefit from all of the modern security features built into web browsers as well.
Yes, however... to use our PWA program, your websites must be built on our platform first.
Once that has been done you'll just need to add an SSL certificate and you are then able to do your one-click conversion to a PWA.
Just follow 3 simple steps:
1. Create a title,
2. Add a description for your app.
3. Upload your custom icon image.
That's it!
You will then be able activate the push notifications feature if you want.
PWA's and Native Apps have their unique benefits. PWA's do not require downloads from app stores, nor do they require updates like Native Apps. They also provide a better user experience to your website visitors.
PWA's also allow you to send push notifications to all those that installed your PWA on their devices.
This allows business owners the opportunity to stay in touch with their clients/customers with messaging and/or send them promotions through the push messaging feature.
Unlike a Native App that a user has to actually search for and download to their mobile devices, A Progressive Web App can be added to any visitors desktop or mobile device from your website almost immediately.
This makes your website even more important because of:
The Reach: PWA allows websites to have more mobile web audience as it combines the best features of websites and apps.
Acquisition: When businesses make a PWA for their company, the user acquisition cost will be multiple times cheaper than that of building native apps.
This simply means - more users, less cost.
Unlike Apple Native Apps, Progressive web apps can now be installed on Windows, Android, iOS, Chrome OS, and soon on macOS.
Chrome, the most popular web browser by far, now prompts Windows users to install progressive web apps (PWAs) to their desktop.
